Stoke Newington Sauna, located just off Stoke Newington High Street, offers a crafted yet affordable sauna experience. Fitted with a 12-person Finnish sauna, a 4-person infrared sauna and two cold plunge pools, the space provides a blissfully serene environment in a convenient location.

Mixed Session
Most of our sessions are mixed gender, where our quiet and tolerant social space allows customers to come and go freely. Whether you're bringing friends or looking for downtime alone, we've created a space that is low-pressure, relaxing and comfortable.
Single Sex Session
We also offer single sex sessions throughout the week for customers who'd feel more comfortable with this option. It's still the same calm and casual sauna experience as a mixed session.
Social Session
Friday nights are the same relaxed space but with a warmer, more communal feel. Chatting is welcome, the mood is easygoing, and you're free to unwind however suits you best.
Silent Session
A pre-work oasis held on weekdays between 7-9am. Start the day grounded with a session dedicated to quiet meditation. Conversation discouraged in favour of reflective peace.

Packages & Memberships
The cheapest way to attend is through packages (which also make fantastic gifts) or through memberships. Session credits bought through a package or membership are valid for all events in the timetable, both peak and off-peak, meaning you can visit whenever you like.
Membership prices start at only £12.50 per session and come with guest passes and access to upcoming members-only sessions. 8 monthly and unlimited tiers also contain red light therapy passes.
